On behalf of everyone I would like to thank you for coming to do your presentation on Mind Body Nutrition for our Health & Safety week dated 12th August 2010.

We all found this very interesting and took away a lot of great information and tips for us to use both here at work and at home.

Personally I enjoyed the fact that it was all about a balanced lifestyle and by having a mixture of a slide show as well as hands on materials kept everyone interested.

To whom it may concern:
Margot van Cingel was invited by our business to discuss nutrition with our staff, especially in regards to children. We provide before/after school & holiday care to primary aged children. Her presentation was very informative and she engaged us in interesting group discussions. Margot tailored her information to our main objective, which was providing the children who come to our programme with a nutritious menu. We learnt a lot about what is in food, including preservatives and additives and that certain foods were not nutritious.

Margot provided us with great reading materials related to the topics we had discussed and also lent us books with menu ideas. Thanks to Margot’s excellent advice we have now redesigned our menu to ensure that we are providing a healthy and nutritious selection of food, and the children love it!
